What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
