Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Asotin County, Washington. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
