Canteen cook wanted in Elbert County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Elbert County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
