Fry cook • Wrexham, Wales

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Wrexham, Wales. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
