Fry cook — Akuku Toru

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Akuku Toru, Rivers State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
