Urgent requirement: confectioner (Arkansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Scott County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time, day shift.
