We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Ivo, Ebonyi State. Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 3+ years on the tools preferred.
