Short order cook • Fife, Scotland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Fife, Scotland. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time, day shift. £130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
