Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Bindawa, Katsina State. Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Day-to-day duties: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints 2+ years on the tools preferred.
