Urgent requirement: head baker (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Stephens County, Texas. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 1+ years on the tools preferred.
