Powder coating technician • Weld County, Colorado

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Weld County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 2+ years on the tools preferred.
