Dish pit attendant • Apapa, Lagos State

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Apapa, Lagos State. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
