Join our team: we are hiring a sausage maker in Ahoada West, Rivers State. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
