Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
