Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Aroostook County, Maine. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL).
