Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bedford, England. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. £2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
