What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request.
