We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Marshall County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
