Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Wasagu-Danko, Kebbi State. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter We offer ₦260,000 per month plus benefits.
