Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Perry County, Illinois. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches.
