Dish pit attendant wanted in Ijebu Ode

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 3+ years on the tools preferred.
