Abattoir worker wanted in McLeod County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in McLeod County, Minnesota. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
