Immediate opening: powder coating sprayer (Nebraska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Madison County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
