Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Aba North, Abia State. The role involves: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Run load and overload tests with test weights Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics 1+ years on the tools preferred.
