Great opportunity: banquet server (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Cass County, Nebraska. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins 6+ years on the tools preferred.
