Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Bibb County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
