Cook wanted in Ngala

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Ngala, Borno State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 2+ years on the tools preferred.
