Bread and bun maker wanted in Hays County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Hays County, Texas. You will work at a busy bakery. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
