Head butcher wanted in Wayne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Wayne County, Utah. On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
