Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
