Abattoir worker wanted in Hudspeth County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Hudspeth County, Texas. The job is in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
