Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Uinta County, Wyoming. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
