Line cook — Gwer East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Gwer East, Benue State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
