We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Pope County, Illinois. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
