Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Ogbia, Bayelsa State. You will be based in a café. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 4+ years on the tools preferred.
