Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Bayo, Borno State. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
