Tandoor cook — Boulder County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Boulder County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
