Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ehime -Mbano, Imo State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service.
