Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Polk County, Oregon. You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits On the job you will handle: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone 6+ years on the tools preferred.
