Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Baker County, Florida. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
