Retail butcher — Collier County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Collier County, Florida. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Overtime paid at a premium rate.
