Butcher • Potiskum, Yobe State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Potiskum, Yobe State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₦85,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
