Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Doguwa, Kano State. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
