Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Sumter County, Georgia. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
