The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
