Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Ikwuano, Abia State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
