Now hiring: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Gateshead, England. The role involves lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits. You should have: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) Six days a week, one day off. £11 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
