Urgent requirement: cake decorator (Nebraska)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Thayer County, Nebraska. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
