You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦410,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
