Join our team: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Awka North, Anambra State. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Six days a week, one day off.
